Our Team of Nurses are experienced and provides skilled nursing services on an
intermittent basis. Our services include but not limited to:
- Wound Care Program
- Diabetic Management
- IV Therapy
- Disease Management
- Case Management
- Instructional Education
Physical Therapists provide evaluations, therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer
training as well as instructions to caregivers for the continuation of home
rehabilitation program
Occupational Therapists provide evaluation and treatment for activities in daily living
including self care, leisure activities, and perceptual motor skills
Provide clinical social services focused on medical needs. They assist with long
term planning, counseling, resource needs and evaluation service
Speech Therapists provide rehabilitation services for speech and language
disorders. Assist the physician in determining and recommending appropriate
speech and hearing services
Our Aides provide assistance with personal care such as bathing, nail, hair and skin
care, range of motion exercises, meal preparation, companion services and light
house keeping
We liaise with Laboratory and Diagnostic companies. Your specimen for laboratory
procedures are collected right at your residence and your X-ray and Scans can be
performed right at your home
